Furthermore Integrated Technologies will also host customer web sites, in a secure, redundant environment, with premium security features, and full Cpanel based access and functionality, at affordable rates.

Email

The internet is the foundation of our business and Integrated Technologies provides all available standard mail solutions such as POP3 and IMAP mailboxes, Email archiving (5 years) catch-all mailboxes, mail rules such as ‘store and forward’, aliasing, distribution lists etc, as well as Web mail facilities.

Integrated Technologies is an Accredited Microsoft CSP Partner, through which we offer the more prominent Microsoft 365 products such as Microsoft 365 Exchange (Plan 1 and 2).

Microsoft Exchange provides a decent sized 50GB and 100Gb mailboxes, full syncronisation across all devices (PC and mobile devices), sharing of calendars, email an contacts with other users on the same domain, self managed out of office messaging and also a web based access with Microsoft OWA (Outlook Web Access).

Network and IT Support

Our network engineers skills and expertise in the design, structure, implementation and support of all networks, cabled and wireless, point to point wireless links covers all of our customers IT and IT infrastructure requirements, including network security and firewalling, monitoring as well as VPN based external access for remote based users and or inter-branch connectivity to name a few.

Network support is a personal thing to us, and we prefer to build the relationship on trust and service to which end, whilst we do offer support and agreements, our preference is to support on an ad-hoc bases allowing the customer to rather only pay for work done as required.

Our numerous local supplier channels allow us access to most of the popular brands of hardware, through which we provide customers hardware, components, and software. To this end we are able to provide customers all their IT and IT infrastructure needs through us, one point of call, for all support, implementation, repairs and also warrantee based repairs.

This allows us to provide customers with all their local .co.za Domain registration needs, hosting, parking, forwarding and spooling. Further to this we also provide any other domain type, basically flexibility to suite any customer domain and email/corporate identity requirements.
